Please fill out our interest form. Decisions are made based on space available, your company, and your role.

How much does it cost to attend?

This event is covered by AdMedia. Guests (and potential plus-ones) are provided flights, meals, and hotels for each day of the event.

What expenses aren’t covered?

Guests are required to cover incidentals, meals that aren't provided by the Ritz Carlton, and transportation outside of the shuttle between the airport and Ritz Carlton.

Who should attend this event?

AdFest is exclusively reserved and designed for senior-level executives, including CMOs, brand managers, and agency leaders, who are responsible for shaping their organizations' advertising strategies and driving business growth.

Am I allowed to attend a second time?

Please fill out our interest form. Like new guests, decisions are made based on space available, your company, and your role.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, guests are allowed to bring one plus one. We require they are over 21 years old and can share the same room. Separate beds may be accommodated.

Can I bring a coworker?

We invite everyone to complete the "Request your invitation to AdFest 2025" form. Decisions are made based on space available, your company, and your role.

Can my dietary needs or food allergies be accommodated?

Yes! Before the event, we collected information on dietary needs and food allergy to ensure you are accomodated.

Can I extend my stay (before and/or after)?

All guests are welcome to stay before and/or after the event dates. Please note that there is no group rate for those days, and AdMedia will not coordinate travel or stay outside of the event dates.
